That 1240 Balanced Line Receiver IC, Available in 8 Pin DIP

THAT Corporation's 1240 and 1246 Balanced Line Receiver ICs are now available in small quantities at affordable prices. You no longer have to buy an entire tube when you need just a few.

The THAT 1240 replaces the SSM2141 and INA134 and has 0dB attenuation. The 1246 replaces the SSM2143 and INA137 and has either 6dB attenuation or gain. All devices exhibit 90 dB of typical common-mode rejection, slew rates of 12 V/us, and 0.0006% THD. The 124x series features wide bandwidth, typically >8.6 MHz.

The THAT 124x family are laser-trimmed to obtain the precision resistor matching needed for high CMR performance. Manufactured in THAT Corporation's proprietary dielectric isolation (DI) process, the THAT 124x series provides the sonic benefit of discrete designs, with the compact size, reliability, matching, and thermal tracking of a fully integrated solution.
